I was in the mood for Chinese food and this place caught my attention. The hostess and servers were friendly and hospitable. The food was a bit cold. It felt lukewarm. The flavor was slightly bland. I especially liked the shrimp. The bathrooms were clean, acceptable, they did have a bit of a smell. I would recommend that you keep bathrooms in check. Atmosphere: it's the typical buffet. I was by myself so there was no atmosphere but then again I was just there to eat.

Haven't been here in awhile and I must say it was not disappointing..buffet for 3pm looked amazing. I ordered 2 Mongolian Beef w/ house special fried rice to go. In the past it had an overkill of veggies and little meat that's why I always ordered 2..this time was just amount of veggie and meat with just the right amount of heat, surprisingly I had leftovers for a midnight snack! Well done East Gourmet.

The food was great, the customer service and wait staff were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, even if it was busy. The staff had no problem serving the needs of our large party as we invaded before opening time. However, we quickly became encouraged by how the booths and tables filled up as it was still an hour before noon. The food was kept fresh and hot, the selection was enormous, and all it was very tasty and satisfying. Highly recommend for everyone to try at least once because we could become regulars if it were so far away from home.

I have no complaints. I enjoy coming here. Never too busy, food stays fresh. Great family atmosphere. Drinks never empty. The service is fast and reliable. Food tastes great.

Ok. All honesty, I love Chinese and cannot stand Chinese buffets…BUT…This one was so darn good and I ate more than I usually do . Soups were on point, entrees tasty with a variety of choices and the soft serve ice cream was actually pretty amazing. Who knew, right?! Anyway, the parking lot was full so that says something. Check it out!

Starting with the staff, they were quick to wait on me, and didn't hesitate to ask if I needed more to drink or to have a plate removed. Excellent friendly service! The food was absolutely amazing! Everything tasted fresh, and the baked seafood dish, presented almost like a casserole, was superb. The vegetables I added to my plate were cooked perfectly, with none of the flavor lost to cooking. If you have a sweet tooth, you will have plenty of dessert to choose from, with an assortment of sweets or fruits, all wonderful and fresh.

So delicious!! This place never lets me down. I highly recommend if your local or just passing through. The flavor and freshness is a bonus quality among the friendly and helpful staff.

A group of us dined here due to the buffet. The food was OK. The service was good. Price wasn't bad. The addition of a small salad area would make this a great meal instead of a simply ok meal.
